We're working hard to get your order packed quickly. It usually takes about one to 3-5 business days for us to pack up and ship out your order. We process and ship all orders Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). The date the shipping label for your order is created is considered a processing day.
Expedited and Next Day orders placed before 2pm ET ship out the same business day, and orders placed after 2pm ET or on the weekend will ship the next business day. We do not offer weekend delivery at this time.
Shipping times are within the continental U.S.
We cannot guarantee delivery time to Hawaii, Alaska, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Military APO/FPO/DPO Mail has unique transportation and handling requirements, which result in extended standard delivery time for online orders. Because Military APO/FPO/DPO Mail is transported outside of the U.S. to overseas locations, normal transit times are generally extended, causing longer delivery windows.
*We aim to meet these delivery times but during busy periods (including sale) deliveries may take a little longer. Occasionally force majeure events, such as extreme weather conditions, will mean that these delivery services aren’t available and/or delivery times need to be extended. Please refer to the carrier's calendar for Holiday service schedule. We do not offer weekend delivery at this time. Rhone is not responsible for damages or delays caused by our shipping partner due to weather, strikes or natural disasters. We are also not responsible for incorrect address information provided by the customer.
Free Standard Shipping
Free standard shipping is valid on order subtotals of $100 or more (after discounts applied, before taxes). Free shipping does not include gift cards. For example, if you purchase an item less than $100 and a $50 gift card, a shipping fee will be charged.

Do international orders qualify for Free Shipping?
Due to your package needing to clear customs we cannot offer free shipping for international orders.
How long will it take for me to get my order?
Normally, it could take 2-3 weeks to delivery your order to front door.
Why is my tracking number not active?
Your tracking number will be active once your package clears Customs and arrives in-country.
Why is my package taking so long to clear customs?
Customs are experiencing increased demand and reduced manpower during these unprecedented times.
How do I edit my order?
Our team works as quickly as possible to get your new Rhone gear packed and on its way to you. As a result, once submitted we are unable to cancel or edit an order.
Why was my order canceled?
If your order was canceled, it is likely due to an item being out of stock or unavailable.
I paid for duties at checkout, why am I getting an invoice?
Please reach out to us at Rhone Support with the order number so we can confirm the carrier has the correct information.
Can I return/exchange my order?
For international orders, we can accept returns, but at this time cannot accommodate exchanges.
Please be advised, that the customer is responsible for all return shipping, tax, and duty costs. You can send your return package to the below address. If you have multiple returns, please ship them back in separate packages utilizing each return label.
