Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will promptly investigate the matter and remove the infringing material if necessary. We will also notify the user who posted the allegedly infringing material, provide them with a copy of the DMCA notice, and provide them with an opportunity to respond.

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability.
